ORGANIC BRAKE PADS

• Made from a special material mix with a high organic substance content, therefore softer
• With ceramic underlayer for optimum thermal insulation
• Lower friction coefficient than sintered brake pads, so less aggressive braking feel
• Beneficial when particularly refined response is desired for ideal brake application

Extra-large for extra-high brake power. The low-rust, laser-cut 320mm brake disc is perfectly suited to supermoto use thanks to the specially designed connection of the outer with the inner part. Brake calliper support 770.13.914.000 is required for fitting with the standard 2-piston Brembo brake calliper.

Lighter and stiffer than the standard brake calliper support. The stiffness has a positive effect on such braking properties as braking power and application. CNC-machined from highest grade aluminium and black anodised. Available as an option: Carbon brake disc guard 777.13.975.030.

Required for using the 320mm brake disc 583.09.060.000 and 2-piston Brembo brake calliper.

Sometimes a Husqvarna rider needs it to be extra thick namely 4.3mm! The additional 0.6mm has the great benefit of almost totally ruling out any fading of the brake. Another benefit: The brake disc has a substantially longer service life!

Bleeding the brakes or changing the brake fluid is completed in a matter of seconds, even on your own: First replace the original bleeder screw on the brake calliper with this new bleeder screw equipped with a check valve. When changing the brake fluid or bleeding the system, simply release the screw on the check valve by a half turn and pump the brake fluid through the system with the brake lever. The valve prevents air from forcing its way back into the system on releasing the brake lever. Supplied with an anodised dust cap.

The factory brake caliper is made from high strength aluminum, which makes it stiffer without adding any weight. The increased stiffness of the brake caliper results in a more precise pressure point and improved brake power. When mounting on TC 125 and FC models from MY 2016, the CNC brake caliper support 777.13.975.010.30 must be used instead of the brake caliper support supplied due to the larger axle diameter.
